Placed an order on the Wednesday, received the goods first thing Friday morning. The sign looked great, but was mistakenly made on a black background instead of white as ordered. The company were very apologetic and set out to make a new sign straight away - free of charge - no questions asked. Plastic Republic have been first class in their service. I recently commissioned a house name in black acrylic. The team were very supportive and guided me well throughout the process. Every email was answered, with every query. I did not have to make one telephone call as the emails were responded to so quickly. The item I received was absolutely beautiful. I have never had to commission a house name before, but should anyone ask if I know somewhere, this Company will be my first port of call for recommendations. Louise is an excellent member of staff.
