Placed an order on the Wednesday, received the goods first thing Friday morning. The sign looked great, but was mistakenly made on a black background instead of white as ordered. The company were very apologetic and set out to make a new sign straight away - free of charge - no questions asked. Item ordered on Tuesday, with me by Saturday! Really nice sign, good quality and can be seen very easily from street. Good clear, concise, well written instructions, which you don’t really need as very simple to fit. Definitely recommend this company.

Very satisfied customer here! I accidentally ordered the wrong font and sent an email to see if it could be changed. Received a really quick reply on a Sunday! The item was dispatched really quickly. Later, I lost the screws to install the numbers and contacted them to see could I get them anywhere, and they have offered to send a new set of screws! Fantastic customer service from several different members of staff. Good communication, great products. Thank you so much!
